About Innovative Outdoor Solutions LLC

In a Mount Hope January the snow rarely falls straight down; it rides a prairie wind that has crossed miles of bare McLean County fields and piles up wherever a house or a hedge gives it somewhere to stop. Innovative Outdoor Solutions works against that wind, cutting a way through in the blue hour before daybreak and shoving the drifts far enough back that the next gust has less to throw. Each drive is cleared edge to edge, walks are shoveled down to the concrete, and the heavy ridge the county plow leaves across the end of the driveway gets broken open too. It is cold, patient work done by headlight, and there is a quiet pride in it. When the kitchen lights come on and the first truck rolls out without spinning a tire, the morning is exactly where it should be.
