T&S Tree Service

About T&S Tree Service

Morrison sits where the Lincoln Highway crosses a county of black soil and slow creeks, and its older streets are roofed over with oaks and hackberries that have been shading brick storefronts for a long time. T&S Tree Service reads those trees the way a farmer reads a field — which ones want tree trimming and pruning to carry weight through another wet spring, and which are dead in the top and need tree removal before the next line of thunderstorms settles it. North of town the timber runs thick along Rock Creek toward the lake, a standing reminder of what these yard trees are trying to become. After a blow, storm damage cleanup puts a place back to itself: limbs out, ruts smoothed, the sidewalk swept clean enough for the morning walk. The pleasure of it is standing back at the truck and seeing nothing but a sound tree and open sky.
