The Vega Standard

About The Vega Standard

There is a moment in May when the sun drops behind the fields west of Morris, every lawn in town goes long and gold, and every uncut edge shows itself. The Vega Standard works to that light — mowing, trimming, edging and the weekly upkeep that keeps a yard from ever looking skipped. A straight border along a sidewalk is a small thing that changes an entire front yard, and it is worth the extra minute it costs. The name says the aim plainly: a line held, a cut kept even, nothing ragged at the corners. Grass grows back all summer; the standard stays where it is.
