Chop’s Turf Management

About Chop’s Turf Management

West of Monmouth the farm ground rolls in long low waves, and on a June evening the light comes sideways across it and gilds the tips of every mowed lawn in town. Chop's Turf Management works to that standard through the season — mowing on rotation, edging walks and drives, trimming fence lines, clearing yards spring and fall — and then plows, shovels and salts when the county goes white. Turf is a living surface, and it tells you plainly whether it has been looked after. Reading that and answering it is the whole of the trade in a town like this.
