About Total Property Management

A property is a twelve-month proposition in Monee, and the list changes every few weeks. Total Property Management carries it from spring cleanup through the weekly cutting and edge work of the growing season, then into leaf clearing and, once the cold sets in, plowing, shoveling and salting. The village sits where the prairie opens wide, so summer storms and winter wind both arrive with nothing in their way. Handling a whole year for one address means the small things get caught: a walk that always ices, a corner that always drifts. Care that accumulates is worth more than care that visits.
