The name is a joke about fences, and in Monee the joke lands, because from the road you really can tell one yard from the next. Greener on the Other Side handles both halves of the calendar: cutting, trimming and edge work while the prairie is growing, then plowing, shoveling and salting once it goes white. Same driveways, same houses, different equipment, since the truck simply changes what it carries in November. There is a kind of continuity in that, showing up at a house in July and again before dawn in January. The grass grows back and the snow melts; the standard stays put.
