Grindstone Tree Service

About Grindstone Tree Service

Late winter in Mission is a study in gray — bare timber along the creek, township roads hard as iron, the whole countryside waiting on something. Grindstone Tree Service favors the season anyway, because a leafless tree hides nothing: the deadwood shows, the bad union shows, and pruning gets done with the cuts landing exactly where they belong. Removals come down easier on frozen ground, and clearing a crowded fence line is a cold, satisfying morning's work. When ice or wind drops a limb across a lane, storm damage cleanup opens it back up. By the time green returns to the creek bottoms, the yards worked in February are the ones standing the way they should.
