About Wernsman Lawn & Landscapes

North of Metamora the ground breaks into wooded ravines where a creek runs cold under the timber even in August. Wernsman Lawn & Landscapes works the open ground above all that — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup through the green season, then plowing and clearing once the ravines fill up white and the roads go slick. Woodford County summers grow grass in a hurry, especially after a night of rain, so the mowing keeps its own calendar. Winter simply moves the start time earlier and the thermometer lower. Either way the aim holds: a place that looks looked-after, and a clear way in and out.
