About Brothers Landscaping & Snow Removal

Nothing stands between Proviso Township and the open prairie to the west, so when a clipper comes through, the wind arrives with the snow and keeps rearranging it long after the sky clears. Brothers Landscaping & Snow Removal works those nights in the blue dark, headlights throwing two cones down a residential block, blade dropped, the pile growing at the corner of a lot where it will not bury a hydrant. Drifting means the job is never one pass; it means going back at four to reopen the drive the wind closed at three. The result is what matters — a clean surface, a curb cut a car can actually cross, a walk salted before the first shift leaves for work. Plowing, salting, shoveling by hand where the blade cannot reach. Come morning the street is full of ordinary errands, which is exactly the point.
