About Foertsch Termite, Pest Control & Tree Service

Marissa sits in the low, open country between the Kaskaskia bottoms and the old coal ground, where the horizon is a treeline and every treeline is somebody's windbreak. Foertsch Termite, Pest Control & Tree Service tends those lines — trimming limbs off the house and the drive, pruning young hardwoods into a shape that will hold, removing what has gone soft in the trunk. Storms down here arrive fast and mean it, so storm damage cleanup means showing up with the saws and leaving with the yard usable again. Autumn is the working weather everybody waits for in this corner of St. Clair County: cool air, dry ground, a clear view straight up into a crown. The result shows mostly in what you stop noticing — no dead limb over the porch, no branch resting on the roof.
