About Southern Illinois Property LLC

Some winters in this part of Illinois do not arrive as snow at all — they arrive as glaze, a slow silver rain that stiffens the sycamores and turns every sloped drive in Marion into something you approach sideways. Southern Illinois Property LLC plans around exactly that: getting ahead of the freeze where it can, clearing what falls, and treating walks and pavement so the surface stays a surface instead of a hazard. Plowing here means reading temperature as much as depth, because the same storm can be pushable at midnight and welded down by six. Homes, storefronts, and lots all get the same treatment — opened end to end, edges taken back so the next round has somewhere to go. Marion carries on in weather like that, and keeping the ground under it sound is a good way to spend a winter.
