Grassworks Lawn Care

About Grassworks Lawn Care

East of town, the water and oak timber of Crab Orchard hold the mornings cool a little longer than the rest of Williamson County, and grass out that way grows like it means it. Grassworks Lawn Care mows into that green through the long southern-Illinois summer, decks set to keep the color in the blade, lines walked straight across the open yards, the trimmer taken around every post and downspout. Edges get cut back until a walk shows its full width again, and clippings come off the drive so the finish is the only thing anybody notices. By August, when heat lies flat over the county and the cicadas start up in the afternoon, the difference between a yard that was mowed and a yard that is kept shows from the road. Closing that gap, week after week, is the whole point of the day.
