About Backwoods Tree Service Inc.- ISA Certified Arborist

Manito grows on sand. The old river dunes east of the Illinois hold black oak and pine out at Sand Ridge and melons in the fields, and a tree here lives a different life than it would in heavy prairie ground. Backwoods Tree Service Inc. works with that reality — tree care that begins with what the soil can actually give, pruning that keeps a crown balanced against Mason County wind, and steady attention to tree health when an oak starts thinning at the top. Removal is the last option and sometimes the correct one, done cleanly with the beds and the fence left the way they were found. Summers out here run bright and dry, so shade over a sandy yard is not decoration but relief, and keeping one sound is worth every bit of the trouble.
