About Terrain Inc.

Wind crosses the open ground southwest of Manhattan without a single ridge to slow it, and come January it stacks snow anywhere it pleases. Terrain Inc. runs the winter side of that — plowing drives and lots along Route 52 and the streets off it, shoveling walks, laying salt where ice wants to form. Then the thaw arrives, the mowers come out, and those same properties get cut, trimmed, edged and cleared of clippings through the green half of the year. Two different trades, one continuous obligation to the ground underfoot. Whatever the sky sends over Will County, the property stays usable.
