About Tier One Outdoors LLC

Mahomet sits where the interstate crosses the river valley, near enough to Champaign to catch the hum of traffic and far enough out to still see the entire sky at once. Tier One Outdoors LLC works the outdoor year here from both ends of it. April through October is mowing, trimming and holding lawns to a dependable cut schedule while the growing season does its level best to outrun everybody. From the first hard freeze onward it is snow — plowing driveways, opening walkways, salting the corners that glaze over first. This place asks for very different things in June than it does in January, and the pleasure lies in being ready for both.
