About S&D Tree Services

The Mackinaw River cuts a wooded seam across Tazewell County, and the timber along it does not stay politely on its own side — it grows up to the fence lines and out over the yards of Mackinaw. S&D Tree Services works that edge, trimming the walnut and hackberry that lean toward a roof, pruning what can be kept, removing the big cottonwoods that have started shedding limbs on their own schedule. When a spring storm runs the valley and leaves a tangle across a lane, storm damage cleanup is plain, hard sequence: cut, drag, chip, rake, gone. Afternoons finish with a truck full of brush and a yard that looks like nothing ever happened there, which is exactly the intention.
