About Snow Tactics Inc
A Lyons snowstorm is mostly decided before it starts — which way the wind will set the drifts, when the changeover comes, how many passes a lot will take before dawn. Snow Tactics Inc plans against the forecast and then goes out and works it, plowing driveways and parking areas, opening walkways, laying salt ahead of the refreeze. Wind off the open ground west of the village will fill a cleared drive back in if the order of the route is wrong, so the sequence gets thought through first. Coming back at sunrise to find every entrance still open is the reward. Snow is weather; clearing it is a plan.
