About JM Landscaping

Summer storms build out over the prairie west of Lyons and arrive here with a green-black sky and an inch of rain in twenty minutes. What follows is the growth — lawns that jump ahead overnight and need cutting before the week is out. JM Landscaping keeps up with that surge, mowing, trimming and edging on a steady turn and hauling the clippings so nothing smothers what's underneath. The smell after one of those storms is wet asphalt and cut grass at once, and it is hard to beat anywhere in the village. A yard mowed the day the ground dries out looks better than one mowed strictly by the calendar, and that timing is half the craft.
