Bill & Gill's Property Maintenance

About Bill & Gill's Property Maintenance

Harlem Avenue runs the length of Lyons like a spine, and the properties on either side of it need two very different kinds of attention depending on the month. Bill & Gill's Property Maintenance handles both ends of that calendar — mowing, trimming and yard cleanup while the grass is running, plowing and salting once the pavement turns hard and white. Winter mornings begin long before the traffic does, headlights swinging across a driveway that has to be open by seven. Summer mornings begin with dew still on the blades and the first cut of the day going down even and true. Same properties, same hands, two seasons asking opposite things.
