About Campos Tree Services
Spring in Locust arrives along the section roads first — hedgerows going green, the windbreaks around the farmsteads waking up limb by limb. Campos Tree Services works that season hard, pruning while the shape of a tree is still easy to read and trimming back the growth that spent all winter reaching for a barn roof. Removal is the other half of it: the split silver maple, the dead cottonwood leaning the wrong way, brought down in pieces with the garden left untouched. When weather crosses this open country and leaves a lane full of wood, storm damage cleanup puts the place back in working order. The quiet after is the good part — brush gone, chips swept, the yard looking wider than it did at sunrise.
