About Green Day Landscaping Co.

In July the old quarry water on the east side of town goes a cool green nothing else around here matches, and the lawns catching that afternoon light seem to want to keep up. Green Day Landscaping Co. mows, trims and tends Lemont yards across the whole growing stretch, when a week of heat plus one good rain can put on more inches than anybody planned for. By December the same trucks answer a different call: drives opened, walks cleared, the apron at the street cut back so the plow's leavings never trap a car. It is the pleasure of a striped lawn in summer and a bare slab in winter, the same addresses, the same attention. Lemont and the towns around it, all twelve months of the calendar.
