About Backer Landscaping Services LLC

East of Bloomington the prairie lifts into low moraine country, and Le Roy sits in the middle of it with black ground on every side and a sky that goes on unopposed. Backer Landscaping Services LLC works the lawns of that town through the growing season — weekly mowing, trimmer work around fence lines and tree rings, a cut edge along every walk and drive. Corn-country summers push turf hard, and staying in front of it is the entire discipline. In autumn they take the leaves off before the wind can pack them into the corners. A mowed lawn under that big sky looks like a made bed, and that is the point.
