About king Charles George

Late afternoon, and the light goes flat over Lake in the Hills. The windsock at the little airfield stiffens and swings around north. Squalls coming off open prairie can lay down two inches while the ball fields empty and Indian Trail Beach turns into a plate of gray ice. king Charles George plows through evenings like that — driveways, lots, walkways, salt at the doorstep — and stays with it as long as the sky does. The reward is plain enough: cleared blacktop, straight edges, a path to the front door nobody has to guess at. Snow removal for Lake in the Hills, Algonquin, Crystal Lake and the towns along the Fox.
