J & L Tree Service

About J & L Tree Service

Lacon looks straight west across the Illinois River at the flats, and in spring the backwaters fill with pelicans headed north while the bluff behind town greens up a good week later than the bottoms. J & L Tree Service works that bluff and the river streets below it: pruning, trimming and removals on lots where the ground tips toward the water and there is no room for guesswork. River wind is a steady tenant here, and when it takes a limb the storm damage cleanup gets the alley cleared, the wood cut down to a size somebody can actually use, and the grass combed out. The best days end with a tree that looks like it was always that shape. Lacon, Sparland, Henry, Varna and Wenona fill out the week.
