About B & C Yards Plus LLC

At three in the morning a clipper crosses the open ground east of Kankakee and there is nothing out there to stop the wind — it picks the snow up off the section fields and lays it back down in a drift across somebody's driveway. B & C Yards Plus LLC works that shift: plowing drives and lots, shoveling walks and steps, spreading salt on the ice underneath, and coming back for the second pass when the wind refills what was already cleared. Prairie snow is a moving target, and clearing it is as much about timing as horsepower. The payoff shows up at six, when a porch light comes on over bare pavement and a path cut to the street. That is the whole job on a winter morning in Kankakee County, and it is worth doing well.
