About Emerald Industries Property Services

At the old Iron Works site along the river, wild grass has come up through the slag walls and the ruins have gone soft and green. Emerald Industries Property Services works the tended side of that equation across Joliet: mowing, trimming, edging, mulch and bed maintenance, cleanups when spring opens and when fall closes. Winter turns the work over to plowing, clearing entries and walks, and salting the corners that ice first. Ground left alone goes back to wilderness quickly around here; ground that is kept holds its shape. There is real satisfaction in being the reason a property still looks like somebody's.
