About 1:16 Lawn Care

Jerseyville wakes early. The sun clears the flat farm ground east of town, crosses the courthouse square, and lays long yellow bars across the grass — that is when the mowers start. 1:16 Lawn Care keeps Jersey County yards the way the fields around them are kept: straight passes, square corners, nothing left ragged along the fence. Mowing, trimming and edging, and seasonal cleanups make up the round, week after week through the growing months. By the time the heat settles over the bluffs toward the river, the clippings are swept off the walk and the edge along the drive runs as one unbroken line.
