T's Tree Service

About T's Tree Service

In this corner of Champaign County you can pick out a farmstead grove from four miles off, and that stand of trees is the only thing between a house and the wind. T's Tree Service looks after those and the yard trees in Homer besides — pruning young stock so it grows straight, trimming back what has reached the barn roof, removing the old silver maples that split down the fork. Along the Salt Fork and around Homer Lake the timber gets thicker, and storm damage cleanup there means dragging tops out of low ground before the wet comes back. A yard put right after a bad night counts for a lot in a place where the horizon starts at the fence. Homer, Sidney, Ogden, St. Joseph and Broadlands are the neighborhood.
