About SubZero Snow & Ice Control, Inc.

There is a cold in this village that arrives after the storm rather than with it — the sky clears, the wind lies down, and whatever is left on the pavement turns to glass. SubZero Snow & Ice Control, Inc. is built for that hour: snow plowing, ice control, and clearing drives, lots and walkways across Homer Glen. Plowing is the visible half of it; the other half is reading temperature and timing so a wet surface at four does not become a hazard at seven. On the good nights the last pass ends and everything behind you sits dark and dry under the lights. Then the village wakes and goes about its morning, which is exactly the idea.
