About C+I Services

The Union Pacific West line has taught Proviso Township one thing above all: be ready before the 6:12. C+I Services keeps both halves of the year on that clock — a lot plowed and salted while the platform lights are still the brightest thing on the street in January, a lawn cut and edged before the afternoon heat settles in July. Working a property through both seasons means knowing where its water goes, which corner grows the fastest, and which stretch of walk turns treacherous first. The pleasure of it is continuity: the same edge you cut in June is the same edge you clear to in February, and the place looks looked-after either way. Mowing, trimming and cleanups when it is green; plowing, salting and walks when it is white. Two seasons, one property, no gap in between.
