Edwards Lawncare & Powerwashing

About Edwards Lawncare & Powerwashing

Come late spring the streets around downtown Herrin start getting ready for Festa season, and everything in town looks better with a fresh cut on it. Edwards Lawncare & Powerwashing keeps that standard through the warm months with mowing, trimming and edging, then turns to plowing and salting once the southern Illinois cold sets in. Grass down here runs hard from April into October, so the schedule is the backbone of the work — miss a week in June and you are mowing hay. The pleasure is in the small finishes: a border cut true along the sidewalk, clippings swept off the drive, a walk that is safe underfoot in January. It is the same property, tended the same way, whatever the thermometer says.
