About Apex Landscaping Inc

When a February system swings down through Lake County, Hawthorn Woods takes it under oaks — snow loading the branches, driveways curving away long and unplowed between them. Apex Landscaping Inc runs those nights, cutting the drives open, clearing walks to the door, and treating the ice that forms wherever meltwater crosses pavement. Rolling glacial ground makes for driveways that climb and turn, and each one has to be learned before it can be done fast. By first light the county is white everywhere except where the trucks have been. Getting a long wooded drive down to bare surface before the household stirs is the good part of the work.
