About Delgado's Landscaping Services, Inc.

Morning in Hanover arrives the way it always has, with the Apple River giving up its fog a little at a time and the village waking underneath it. Delgado's Landscaping Services, Inc. works the lawns of this river town, mowing and trimming and cutting the border sharp where grass meets sidewalk, walk and drive. Nothing here sits flat for long; the yards tilt with the hills of Jo Daviess County, so half the craft is reading the slope before the first pass is made. By the time the sun clears the ridge the stripes are down, the clippings are off the concrete, and a yard that looked shaggy at seven o'clock looks cared for at ten. Spring and fall bring the cleanups, and there is a plain pleasure in handing a place back tidy.
