Green Kare Landscaping & Snow

About Green Kare Landscaping & Snow

The 5:12 out of Hanover Park does not care that it snowed nine inches overnight, and neither does anyone trying to reach it. Green Kare Landscaping & Snow plows and salts through those dark hours so lots, drives and walks are open and gritted while the porch lights are still the brightest thing on the block. Out here on the flat northwest edge of Cook County the wind has nothing to stop it, and a drive cleared at three can drift shut by six — so the crew comes back, because half done is not done. In the warm months the same trucks trade blades for mowers, and the village's long parkway lawns get cut, trimmed and edged on a rhythm the neighborhood can set a watch by. Two seasons, one promise: you can get where you are going.
