About Green Cuts QC

By late June the Great River Trail runs green the whole way through Hampton, and the yards on either side of it are growing about as fast as anything in the Quad Cities. Green Cuts QC keeps up with them — weekly mowing, string trimming, edging along walks and drives, and cleanups that clear the season's litter out of the grass. River-town lots come in every shape: narrow, sloped, half-shaded by cottonwoods, cut through by an alley. Each one wants a slightly different pass, and that is the interesting part of the day. The reward is a whole street of them looking sharp on the same afternoon.
