Grande 8: The Ultimate Snow solution

About Grande 8: The Ultimate Snow solution

Out past Hampshire the Kane County prairie runs flat to the horizon, and in January that means wind — snow lifted off the open fields and laid back down across driveways in long white drifts. Grande 8: The Ultimate Snow solution runs the small hours, plowing out drives and opening the paths people need before the first alarm goes off. A drift can rebuild itself in an afternoon here, so the work is watchful as much as it is heavy. There is a specific satisfaction in a cleared drive at dawn: dark pavement against a white yard, and a morning that goes as planned. Around Hampshire and the towns nearby, that is the winter, storm after storm.
