JT's Lawn Service

About JT's Lawn Service

Late in a Guilford summer day the light goes long and low, and every mowed lawn along the township roads picks up a shadow of its own. JT's Lawn Service is out in that hour, finishing the last yards while the heat finally lets go. Mowing, string trimming around trees, posts and mailboxes, edging where the grass wants to creep over concrete, cleanups when the leaves come down — that is the list. Out where oak groves break up the fields, a kept yard is the first thing that tells you somebody lives here and means it. Getting the last pass laid straight before dark is its own small reward.
