About Bob Lamb Co

Greenfield lives up to its name in midsummer, when the Greene County corn closes its rows and the countryside around town goes deep green in every direction. Bob Lamb Co cares for lawns in this west-central Illinois town, where front yards try to keep pace with the fields. July heat pushes grass hard after every rain, and steady mowing keeps it from getting away. The result is a lawn cut smooth and even, trimmed along the sidewalk and around the flower beds, cool-looking even in the hot middle of the day. A trim yard on a quiet small-town street is its own kind of summer pleasure.
