About OBR Landscaping LLC

Fog comes off the American Bottom before sunrise and lies flat over Granite City until the light burns through it. That is the hour OBR Landscaping LLC likes best: cool ground, quiet streets, dew still heavy enough to hold a mower's line. The bottomland soil out here grows grass with real appetite, so the work stays steady — mowing on a set week, string trimming along fences and foundations, edges cut clean where turf meets concrete, walks and drives blown off before the truck moves on. Run the length of a wide lot on the Nameoki side and the stripes hold straight all the way to the back fence, which is the part worth stepping back to look at. By the time the afternoon heat settles over the flats, the yards are finished and the day belongs to somebody else.
