About L.E.F lawn landscaping
Granite City was laid out on a plain, sensible grid, and along streets like Niedringhaus the front yards are small, square and completely unforgiving, since every crooked line shows. L.E.F lawn landscaping takes that as the assignment: mowing tight, edging the walk to a true border, trimming close along fence and foundation. There is genuine pleasure in a modest yard done exactly right, brick house standing behind it and the sidewalk swept clean. Whole blocks lift when a few of them look that way. Week by week through the growing months, that is the work.
