About 2 Brothers Tree Care Inc.

Geneseo kept its old houses, and the trees standing over them are about the same age as the porches. Working around slate, gutters and gingerbread trim calls for rope more than reach, and 2 Brothers Tree Care Inc. does its trimming and pruning that way — small pieces, controlled, nothing coming down that wasn't meant to. In December, when the lights go up downtown and every branch is drawn in outline against the sky, you can see plainly which crowns were shaped and which were left alone. Removals get the same measured handling, and after a Henry County blow the storm damage cleanup runs the block until the sidewalks are walkable again. Geneseo, Atkinson, Colona and Cambridge see the truck most weeks.
