Aaron's Greenscape Freeport Durand Lawn Care Service

About Aaron's Greenscape Freeport Durand Lawn Care Service

The blacktop running north out of Freeport toward Durand goes straight as a chalk line between corn and hayfield, and on a June morning the mower trailer takes it with the windows down. Aaron's Greenscape Freeport Durand Lawn Care Service works the yards at either end of that ride, handling mowing, trimming, edging and the seasonal cleanups that reset a lawn. There is a particular satisfaction in the last pass beside a driveway, when the edge comes up clean and the grass line finally looks drawn rather than grown. Stephenson County wind moves a long way over open ground here, so a freshly cut yard shows its stripes from clear down the road. By evening the clippings are gone and the place looks like somebody meant it.
