About JP Yard Works LLC

Felix Township is farm country in the west of Grundy County, where the Mazon River wanders through pasture and the roads run straight out toward Verona and Kinsman. JP Yard Works LLC mows here from the first green flush of April to the last cut in October, when the light goes gold across the stubble by four in the afternoon. Edges get cut where lawn meets gravel, and trimming takes care of the posts, the mailbox, the trunks of old yard trees. Brush and debris gathered in spring, leaves gathered in fall — the ordinary calendar of keeping a place looking like somebody lives there and minds it. On roads this open, the result carries a long way.
