About Commercial Landscape Services

After the shops along Route 159 close and the lots go quiet, Fairview Heights becomes a different sort of place, acres of empty asphalt under sodium light, filling with snow. Commercial Landscape Services works that shift, pushing lots into windrows, opening fire lanes and entrances, clearing walks before the first employee's headlights swing in. Ice control is the other half of the night, salt spread to the pattern of where people actually walk, curb cuts and accessible spaces handled first. A storm that runs until morning means going around again, and again, so nothing has a chance to set up. At sunrise the lot is open, the walks are gritty underfoot, and the town does its business as though nothing had happened.
