About J Chavez Landscaping
West of the tracks, Emerson Street runs past small front yards, corner churches and the sudden green opening of Twiggs Park down by the channel. In June everything out there puts on an inch a day and every single lawn needs somebody. J Chavez Landscaping takes those blocks on a weekly cycle — mowing, trimming around posts, hydrants and foundations, edging the walk line until it is clean the whole way. Cleanups in spring and fall clear the beds and carry off whatever the season leaves behind. It is ordinary work done properly, which on a street of ordinary houses is exactly the thing that shows.
