About Crazy Clutter Cleaners

Out at Empire the country lies flat enough that you can watch weather arrive for an hour before it gets to you — a gray line in the northwest, then snow moving sideways down the section roads. Crazy Clutter Cleaners answers that with a plow: drives opened, turnarounds pushed wide, walks cleared and the ice knocked down where people step. Wind is the real work out here, because a lane swept bare at midnight can be blown shut again by breakfast, so some nights get run twice. There's a plain satisfaction in a driveway cut clean to the gravel while the fields on both sides are still white. Come morning nobody has to shovel their way to the truck.
