Edge O' the Map Lawn Care

About Edge O' the Map Lawn Care

Elizabethtown holds the very bottom edge of Illinois, a handful of streets above the Ohio River with the Shawnee hills folding in behind them. The river throws humidity up the bank all summer and the grass answers, thick and quick, right down to where the yards tip toward the water. Edge O' the Map Lawn Care keeps it in hand — mowing, trimming along bluff edges and stone steps, edging the walks, feeding and treating what grows. When the hills turn in October the leaves come down, and they get cleared before the rain mats them flat. Seen from the water, a well-kept bank of lawn above the bluff is a fine thing to look up at.
