In April, Tyler Creek runs full and loud and everything along it lies matted brown from five months under snow. That is when R Lopez Landscaping Co. begins: raking out the winter, hauling the wet leaves nobody could reach in November, then putting the first cut on a lawn that has been waiting since October. That first mow changes a yard completely, one afternoon and the whole property wakes up. After it comes weekly mowing, trimming and edging straight through the summer. In fall the leaves come down again and the circle closes clean.
