About Neto Landscaping LLC

The Fox River runs straight through the middle of Elgin, and the streets on both banks climb away from it fast enough to turn any storm into a test. Neto Landscaping LLC plows those pitches, clearing drives and lots and stacking snow off the low corners where meltwater would only return as ice. River fog settles into the valley on the cold nights and the streetlights go soft inside it. Salt goes on the steep approaches first, because that is where a car finds out what it is standing on. Morning comes and the hill is drivable, which is all anyone asks of a hill.
