Siebert Lawn Care

About Siebert Lawn Care

April in Edwardsville comes in wet — storms rolling up out of the southwest overnight, Cahokia Creek running full, and by morning every yard in town standing two inches taller than it was. Siebert Lawn Care opens its season in that soft, generous ground, cutting when the turf will take it and holding off when it won't. The work is plain and it accumulates: a steady mow, trimming at the sidewalk and around the mailbox post, beds cleared of what winter left behind, leaves hauled away once the oaks finally let go in the fall. Out at the Watershed Nature Center the grass can do whatever it likes; a front yard is a different agreement altogether. Siebert keeps that agreement week after week, so the lawn ends up looking deliberate rather than merely survived.
